Community Alternatives Program for Children (CAP-C)
This Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services program aims to provide better care arrangements for medically fragile children. Through this program, children with complex health needs can remain at home or in a facility of their choosing, all while receiving up-to-standard support for improved functions and a better quality of life.
The services within this program include:
- In-home nursing care and support
- Case management
- Hospice and respite care
- Home management and modifications
- Assistive technology

- Assistance with mobility aides and different medical equipment
